Seminars provide a strong platform for industry dialogues

In the Asia Pacific region, industry competition is intense and therefore the ability to identify and address the needs of our customers is crucial.

In line with our commitment to customer-driven services, which span local, regional and global scales, earlier this year Siwertell invited all its customers in the Asia Pacific region to a maintenance and service seminar in Cebu, Philippines. Its purpose was to initiate industry dialogues, and meet and discuss experiences and viewpoints with other Siwertell operators and company representatives.

A series of unified dialogues

For our products to stay in efficient, trouble-free operation, we need to ensure that our customers have the knowledge and means to maintain them properly, adapt to market changes and adopt technological advances to remain competitive in their respective sectors.

The four-day programme consisted of a range of presentations and workshops with topics including: new equipment components, innovations in remote-monitoring and trouble-shooting, a discussion about Siwertell’s unique service agreement scheme; Siwertell CARE, the risks and rewards of digitalisation and the future of biomass as a replacement for coal. The seminar also provided ample networking opportunities and a welcome dinner was included.
